Mindflow Sync is a React Native mobile app I built to provide a complete mental wellness companion — combining AI-powered journaling with persistent memory, mood tracking, a Quran reader with audio recitation, therapeutic games, and a full Wellness Hub of evidence-based tools, all backed by Supabase.

Key Features

• Built a cross-platform mental wellness app using React Native, Expo, and TypeScript with a clean, calming UI design system.
• Implemented an AI-powered journaling system with persistent memory — the AI recalls past entries and emotional patterns to provide contextual, personalised responses.
• Developed a comprehensive Mood Tracker with daily logging, emoji-based input, and a monthly calendar heatmap showing emotional trends over time.
• Integrated a full-featured Quran Reader with 114 Surahs, 8 world-renowned reciters (audio streaming), 5 translations including Dr. Israr Ahmed's Urdu Bayan-ul-Quran, and live search.
• Built a Wellness Hub with 8 evidence-based tools: Breathing Exercises, Mindfulness Timer with ambient sounds, Meditation Music player, Guided Walks, Daily Affirmations, Gratitude Journal, Goals & Habit Tracking, and Morning Intentions.
• Designed and implemented BubblePop — a therapeutic arcade-style game where users assign worries to bouncing bubbles; features a 22fps physics game loop, combo scoring system, split-bubble mechanics, and animated score floaters.
• Implemented Supabase authentication with Row Level Security, full user data export, and a soft-delete system with a 30-day grace period before permanent account removal via pg_cron.
• Added ambient sound playback (rain, ocean, forest, bells) to the Mindfulness Timer using expo-av with looping, silent-mode support, and background audio.
• Built a Supabase-backed memory system where the AI stores key user insights, emotional patterns, and preferences to personalise every interaction over time.
• Deployed a companion documentation website at mindflow-sync.vercel.app covering all features, privacy policy, and a working contact form via Web3Forms.
